Absolute Garbage
Drivetrain fault returns again after about 4 months, Ford gave misleading excuse of 12 v battery down to 1 or 2 % as reason???
And that a charge fault was cleared from ECU, and battery fully charged overnight how strange nothing other than powertrain fault ( the dreaded yellow spanner). Came up.
They then informed me that the dealership didn’t have a technician trained on HYBRIDS.
F#### great only been into them 3 times for same fault, you would have thought they would have told me on the first occasion q
That It would need to go to somewhere else where they have a guy who just might know a tad more about hybrids.
FOR GODS SAKE DONT BUY A FORD ( fix and repair daily or found dead at roadside ) are very apt.
