Ford Kuga (2008 - 2013)
2.0 TDCi Titanium (163ps) Powershift 5dr Auto
Good and comfortable, pleasure to drive.
I only discovered that there was a serious water leak after 2 visits to a Ultra High Pressure Carwash and this years 2020 Monsoon. Water lapped above the Heavy Duty rubber mats. It also flooded the rear underfoot stowage and wrote off the First Aid Kit which had been there for 6 years. It took many months to ID the leak which was through wire penetrations in the front bulkhead tracking down the wiring. At last it has been fixed after 4 garage visits. Otherwise the only failure has been an engine sensor.
One main dealer told me I had to wait 6 weeks to fix the engine sensor because I had not used the main dealer for minor service. One * The other Main dealer gave excellent service to stop the water leak. 5*
I was hoping to replace it with the KUGA PHEV, a bit reluctant with the Battery” Problems”
As a seafarer the “ship” filling with water was Lifeboat Stations!!!! Abandon Ship is always a last resort I pressed I didnt get into the AUDI Q3 Lifeboat.
I could only recommended the Mark 2 water leak solved.
