Too many corners cut for the sake of cost cutting

Purchase my Sandero New in December 2017 problems arose the following day starting from col the engine would splutter/cough all the way down the road until the engine warmed up , the car struggled to pull away from standstill ie traffic lights,roundabouts the car is a 1 litre but underpowered. the boot however is a very good size. at 3800 miles I noticed engine was using oil , caused by a rocker box gasket leak , the dealer[ Perrys Dacia Aylesbury] checked the car and confirmed a new gasket was needed the car was booked in for repair 3 weeks later the day before the car was due in for repair the dealer phoned and cancelled the appointment the new part had not arrived all they could suggest was I purchase 5 litres of engine oil to keep it topped up at £36.00 I think a courtesy car would have been more helpful this was in September 2018 I was told by the dealers workshop that another customer with same car and same problem had been waiting since July for the same part after this I had ,had enough and cut my losses and part exchanged for a used Nissan Juke other problems were trim sticking out when driving catching trouser leg when pressing clutch pedal
