Nice car to drive, but expensive to service, Don't keep when Warranty has expired.
To drive is very good, both steering and gearbox are heavy, but very positive. Msport Seats very good. 4 Wheel Drive surprisingly effective in snow. Dashboard now looking a little old fashioned. Main problem is service cost. First service £300, Second service £800, Third service £500. Only needed one set of tyres in 46000 miles. Car now 3 months out of warranty. Water pump failed £450. Now engine timing chain rattling this will be an engine out job to fix. BMW dealer quote over £2000 to fix. Car is 3.5 years old and 47000 miles, full BMW service history.
