Overall reliability
Very good overall but poor refinement
Ok so I did previously drive a 2016 c class mercedes so this car had a lot to live up to!. It's a good car and has a very nice spec as standard. The pro nav and black display is amazing and the I drive just brilliant. The car is great to drive and has plenty of power. The 8 speed auto is one of the best. Mpg is frankly brilliant and I have never seen below 50mpg.... i also love the way it looks even in ed trim level. My only gripe is the refinement. This car is really poor compared to my merc. Tyre noise and engine noise is just not what I would expect from a bmw and I just find the suspension quite uncomfortable. It is better if the standard tyre pressures are reduced. Not a bad car by any means but a 5 series is better refined.
