BMW 1 Series (2019 on)
118i 1.5 M Sport 5dr
Nice car but lacking standard infotainment equipment for the price.
I bought this car in November used and to be honest the car itself is well built and looks great.
The thing I found out about this car is it only come with the I drive 6 system and not the 7 which is what attracted me to this car. As the car I traded in was a fully loaded spec DS5 this car is so under spec I started to wish I never bothered with this car. 23 grand and having no heads up display, electric seats, phone charging plate, auto high beam, as standard in one of the top models was disappointing to say the least. I have since found out most of this stuff is optional extras so would total towards 25k+. Been the case I might as well of purchased the 3 series where most of this equipment would have been standard. Due to these things the car feels like a 2010 car rather than a 2019-2020 model. The leather interior and led door panels look great and give the cabin a modern feel, so it bemuses me why they stocked a new car with old type equipment and speed dials rather than a digital display like the Merc, Audi, Golf in the same class. I watched probably 30 reviews of this car and so thought most of these things was standard on the m sport model, foolishly not, it only came with the upgraded blue brake calipers and orbit alloys. If you are looking at this model make sure it has the tech pack2 already in it !!!
