Rover 45 2003 - radio code - krimble

Help i dont know how to find code for my radio as i have no manual to look in. How can i find out what it is? I tried to look on back of radio but i can not get it out. What should my next step be? Its driving me mad not listing to the radio. Help please. Thank you in advance.

You will need the serial number to get the radio code.

If you literally cant get the radio out, you are pretty much stuffed, however where there is a will theres a way! Do you have radio removal tools...unless something is mullered behind the dash they should work eventually. If not try removing the ashtray and getting behind it to push. The dashboard in Rovers is a little flexible so it should pop out eventually. Where abouts are you based..

On the front of the radio, there will be between two and four round holes towards each corner of the unit.
Insert either either a cheap set of removal keys (probably get some from Halfords) or small screw-drivers into these holes and gently push them outwards
This should release the clips allowing you to slide the radio out. Remember, the radio will still be attached to the vehicles wiring.

Once its out enough, simply remove the antenna connection and the wiring block if required, or locate the serial number leaving the connections in place.
