PCN - Nottinghamshire County Council - gayleybaby

Received a PCN yesterday for being parked on a loading/unloading area even though i only arrived at 08.53 and ticket was issued 08:55 and i never once left the vehicle unattended.

i was under the impression that a PCN could not be issued if the vehcile was not left unattended. Am i correct in thinking this?

No. The rules for use a loading bay is loading has to be taking place. If you are sitting there and not loading they can ticket you.

2 minutes seems a bit short though.

I have to ask; if you didn't leave the car why did you allow the Warden to merrily write out a ticket rather than simply moving it?!!
