Recently got new tyres for the Alfa and moved tyres from rear to front which generally have very little wear indeed, except for the inside inch of one of the tyres which is like a mountain range, you can feel with your hand it going up and down.
This is a Pirelli tyre. The new ones on the back are Michelin.
I have had 4 wheel alignment done when I had the new tyres, so if there was an alignment problem it should be fixed now, and I'll keep an eye on the tyres to make sure its not getting worst.
The problem tyre still has lots of tread generally and even on the low points of the inside inch there is still significant tread.
Do I need to worry about this at all? I'm reluctant to swap the tyre which appears to have years of life left in it and average mileage.
cheers
