I too are having problems with my ibiza ecomotive 1.2 tdi - 2 weeks ago engine fault light came on, car started shuddering, lost power. Had to call SEAT assist, AA guy came out and the ECU registered a fault with injector 1. Took it for a test ride, but injector had cleared, so off to garage for investigation. Agreed to replace injector 1. Finally got car back on Tuesday, fan is on all the time. Drove to work and back *(40 mile journey) wed, thur, fri no probs, then out on Sat and same happened again - fault light, shuddering, called SEAT assist, AA (same guy!!!) came out and again it read fault with injector 1, infact it had recorded the fault on 2 occassions since it was fixed. AA followed me to my SEAT garage. What could be the problem if the injector has already been replaced?? Also should I be concerned with the fan being on all the time (even from cold?). The car is on a 60 plate and has done 31k. I bought it in Sept last year, luckily with 1 years SEAT warranty.
