Ford Fiesta - Fiesta MK4 1999 - Only getting hot air - SimonChatfield

Evening all,

Need some advise.

Replaced the HCV and heater control panel on my Fiesta MK4 1.25 and hot is still coming out even if the heat is set to cold.

Any suggestions would be greatly received as I have run out of ideas

Ford Fiesta - Fiesta MK4 1999 - Only getting hot air - elekie&a/c doctor

The heating on these is by an electric variable valve.(there is no vacuum system).Check to see if there is an ignition power supply to 1 pin of the valve.No power means the valve will stay open and full hot air.hth
