Citroen C3 - Windscreen wipers and washer not working - Odd-job
Hi
I have a 2003 Citroen c3 1.4hdi and the front wipers and washer has stopped working but the washer and wiper works on the rear window I have check all fuses in the car and in the engine bay but all are ok please can someone help

Usally the "COMMS" unit.

It's under/behind the steering wheel.

Google Comms unit failure and you find it's a common fault.

The Comms units certainly are a common problem,but there are other parts of the system that could cause this issue.The main body function control module ,behind the dash,operates the wash and wipe system,in conjunction with the Comms switch.

hi
managed to do a slow wiper and washer test through lexia but not through com2002 and it worked so a friend of a friend had a scrap c3 i so took off my com unit under the steering wheel and put it on his car and guess what the wipers worked on his car
so front wiper and washer works through lexia
fuses are ok
motors are ok
coms unit ok
what else could i check please help

If you have a donor car, then I would swap out the cabin bcm/fuse box. The engine will not start,but other functions should operate ok.You could also swap out the engine bay fusebox.If this does not fix it,then you may have a wiring issue.
