F20 2016 BMW 1 Series - LED Rear Indicators - Lee White
Hi all,

Does anyone know if you can simply change the rear indicators bulbs on a F20 2016 BMW 1 Series?

I'm a little annoyed at BMW, the front of the vehicle has LED indicators and headlights and the tail bars are LED but the rear indicators are not. Why BMW has done this I don't know. Their competitors (Audi A3 / Merc A Class) all have rear LED indicators! Why not BMW, it's not even an option!

Is there a simple and cost effective was around it?

Unfortunately with electronics on modern cars there is no "simple" modification .The lights are controlled and monitored through electronic modules and any alteration of the system can be enough to make the system throw a wobbly.Leave it alone.
