Which small Fiat?

Buying a small car - which is best for our needs ? Fiat 500, or 500 TwinAir, current Panda or new 2012 Panda? Most use in city with steep hills & occasional long motorway trips.

Looking for small convertable for my wife. What would you recommend from Mini One or Fiat 500?
