How do I get rid of the smell of cigarettes inside my car?
Please could you tell me the best, most effective way of removing lasting odours from a car pre-owned by cigarette smoker?

Get a valeter to let off a smoke bomb inside the car with all the doors and windows closed. That can penetrate all the upholstery and roof lining and might get rid of the smell, but no guarantee.
