Exceeded my insurance mileage - what should I do?
My 87 year old father-in-law drives a Nissan Micra, he usually travels under 3000 miles a year and this is what the insurer covers him for. This year he has exceeded 3000 miles by about 200 (3200 in total), would this leave him uninsured?

I doubt it, but to keep himself in the clear he should declare this to them.
