Should I buy a Yeti 1.2?

I think I might go for a Skoda Yeti 1.2TSi SE. My annual mileage of 14k mostly is 11 miles a day so not many really low mileage trips. A good buy?

Not good in hilly areas or for long distance work. Fine for the suburbs.
