Car needs new brake pads - can I argue the dealer should have done this when I bought the car?
My car, a Peugeot 207, has one 1000 miles since I bought it a year ago with 13,000 miles on clock.
In for service and they say brake pads 80% worn and need replacing. Can I argue that hey must have been very worn when I bought it a year ago having only done 1000 miles in it?
