Are you liable if someone hits your vehicle in a car park?
My sister was driving out of a parking space in a multi-story when she was hit by a vehicle driving the wrong way round the car park. Having contacted her insurance she was advised that she is 100% liable as the accident took place in a car park.
Surely you can’t drive the wrong way around a car park, cause an accident and not be culpable in any way?

Absolutely not. Fight this hard. If necessary take it to the small claims track of the county court. She cannot be held liable for the negligence of the other driver.
