Who pays for damage in a crash that was not my fault?
If I am involved in an accident which was not my fault does the other driver have to pay for my repairs?

If the other party accepts responsibility for the damage to your vehicle then their insurance would be liable for the cost of repairs, but it is important to gather as much evidence as you can to support your claim against them. We would normally advise you to contact your insurance company so that they can liaise with the other party's insurance company directly.
