Can I recommend LV Insurance following their excellent service during my claim?

I would like to add to the email from RFN and say that my experience with LV has, so far, been a good one too. I was caught out last year in the bad weather - at only 10mph - and sedately slid into a wall, which was better than hitting the police car that was ahead of me I suppose. LV were very slick. The car was collected and a courtesy car dropped off. Three or four days later the process was reversed and the repair itself appears to have been first class. No fuss, no forms and no long statements to make. I expected the premium to rocket when the renewal came up but it rose by only about £60. Bearing in mind that only I could be at fault (although the condition of the road surface was extreme) I didn't think that was too bad. I'm sure they won't please everyone, but my experience of the company to date has been first class.

Thank you. LV seems to be run by human beings who are given some responsibility, rather than by brain dead minimum wage zombies who merely take everything from a computer programme and are not allowed to exercise any initiative.
