As an older reader, over the past few years, I've bought my cars from friends and relatives. This time none of them have a car for me so I have to seek one elsewhere. I know there are companies who can check the validity of a secondhand car. When I was younger, there was one company in particular that checked HPI information (stolen, HP checks, crashed or written off) and warranted its service to the extent of covering the full costs of replacement if the facts proved false at a later date. I cannot remember who the company was. Is there one company that gives this back-up service to check out the facts, in today's market?
