Buying a 'new' Audi A3 - built in 2008, registered in 2012

I am looking to buy a Audi A3 Sportback 2.0TDi SE S Tronic from a main Audi Dealer which was manufactured in February 2008, but registered in November 2012. The car is brand new but has been sitting in the dealer compound.

The vehicle has all the warranty, checks and replacement of brakes and wear and tear items covered by the dealer. The car is a steal at £13,500.

I need some advice and would appreciate if you could help me.

No, it isn't a "steal". No Audi warranty. Could have problems.
