My accident repair is not good enough

I had a light accident in my Jeep in a tight country lane, and the damage was restricted to the rear o/s door. After insurance company issues, the car was delivered to their preferred repairer.

All well and good so far, however upon return it was obvious that the swage line did not match the rest, and after I complained, the car went back... Only now it's improved, but still not spot-on. And there are scratches to my windscreen too!

The insurer is Saga and the repairer Brunel - Ford Bristol. I do remember some one saying at the outset however small the damage, a new door should have been used.

The contract is only between you and Saga, not you and the body shop, so you have to compel saga to get the body shop to do the job properly.
