No fault accident - will my premium still rise?
I was involved in an accident earlier this year in which I was hit from behind whilst stationery. My car was written off and the third party has admitted full liability.
Will this be recorded on my records as a claim and is my renewal premium likely to rise as a result? If the answer to either question is a yes what can I do to address this?

Yes and yes. It will (hopefully) be down as a no fault claim, but there will still be a penalty because underwriting stats show that anyone involved in a crash in any way is more likely to be involved in another one than someone who has avoided crashes altogether.
