Changing to smaller wheels and winter tyres - what about my insurance?

I have a 2006 55 reg corsa sxi+ with 185 55 15 tyres fitted on standard sxi alloys. I have 4 175 65 14 snow tyres from my old corsa on 14inch steel wheels. Will I void my insurance if I fit them?

Assuming the front wheels fit (check the fronts first) then you have to inform your insurer, but the insurer should not void the insurance. I switch from 15s to 14s in the winter myself.
