Will these wheels fit?

I have been offered 4 steel wheels, 16inch diameter, from a 2004 Touran that I want to use for new Winter tyres.
My car is a 2007 1.6 FSI Touran.
Are these compatible?
Price £70.

No reason why not. That part of the spec has not changed. Just make sure the bolts are compatible with the steel wheels.
