Should I report an accident?
I was recently hit from behind while in very slow moving traffic resulting in rear damage. The other driver admitted liability, toyed with paying themselves then asked me to go through their insurance. Their insurer is paying for the repair. Do I need to inform my insurer (need for full disclosure)? Every insurer asks about no fault claims (whether they load or not) so am I putting myself at risk by not doing so?

Yes, you have to tell your insurer and may suffer a premium penalty for having been involved in a claim.
