Unclaimed meddley
Bizarrely, I received a letter from an outfit calling itself "Service Claims" in which it stated that my car (it quoted the correct registration details) had been involed in an accident in May this year & that "Service Claims" was purporting to protect my interests; a form was enclosed for me to complete. My car is only ever driven by me and hasn't been involved in an accident ever (fingers crossed!). I feel uneasy about this but perhaps its nothing more than a case of mistaken identity.

Report immediately to the claims regulators: www.www.cueuk.org;
www.ico.gov.uk; www.claimsregulation.gov.uk and send copies of the letter to each of theses bodies so they can be properly investigated and stopped. Stamping out these parasitic elements of penalty culture now has government backing.
