Advanced driving courses

I have been driving for over 30 years, but would like to take an advanced driving course. Could you make a recommendation that isn't too expensive? I live in Pembrokeshire, and not close to any major town or city.

RoSPA is the cheapest and requires a retest every couple of years. Alternatively the IAM.
