EGS or DSG?
I drove a Citroen C4 Picasso (2007reg) with the EGS gearbox and subsequently an Octavia (2008reg) with the 6-speed DSG - The DSG wins by a country mile! But a recent conversation with a salesperson suggests that the EGS has been "much improved" over the last two years. Is that true? Because I'm considering the BerlingoMultispace HDI 90 with the EGS 'box'.

Yes it has. I recently got 65mpg driving a 508 EGS from Birmingham to Coventry. Thanks for the tip about the Berlingo and Partner. I'll put that in car by car breakdown.
