Rusty Mercedes

I have a 2002 C220 Coupe which has been rusting/bubbling at the arches for a few years now but I never took it up with my local MB dealer (Southampton) until now, only to have it refused due to 1 being over 8 years and because the last service was by a specialist and not main dealer. What should I do? Also The customer service was terrible as it took 2 months and I never had a phone call from them during this time I had to continuously contact them. Thanks

There isn't anything you can do. MB will not meet claims for rust on cars more than 8 years old.
