Melted headlight bulb holder

You say in your write up on the Avensis 2003 that bulb holders "can melt, making replacement of bulbs impossible. Toyota replaces headlight units under warranty.".

I am having some difficulties with Toyota, are you able to provide any further information about this replacement?

No. That's all I have and it was probably written in 2004 or 2005. You can't expect Toyota to provide the same warranty if the car is now 6 - 8 years old.
