Driver claims accident was 50/50 when it was his fault - what can I do?

I recently had an accident and the other party is claiming that the accident was a 50/50 event when in fact it was all his fault.

The accident happened in busy road conditions so there were many witnesses to the event but unfortunately none that I call upon.

Are there any organisations that can help me in this situation?

With no proof to back up your claim, no.

Makes no difference to your next insurance premium. You were still involved in a claim and that puts up your premium whether your fault or not.
