Categories missing from my licence, what can I do?
I sent my licence for renewal last October. When it came in February it was missing the C1-D1 and I haven't been able to drive my motorhome this year. I underwent a D2 medical and sent it off early March, it's now nearly half of the year and well in to the holiday season.

If you have tried phoning the DVLA without success, you could try writing to the DVLA medical department: Drivers' Medical Enquiries, DVLA, Swansea SA99 1TU or progress this to a formal complaint.
