Waiting nearly a year for my licence renewal, what can I do?
I have been waiting nearly a year for my driving licence to be renewed. And it's impossible to get through.

As you have been waiting nearly a year I would suggest making a formal complaint.
Another option is to contact your local MP to ask them to make a complaint on your behalf.
If you have been driving under Section 88 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, be aware that you are only allowed to do this for 12 months from when you applied.
