Locked spout
I have a Vauxhall Cavalier 1.7TD. The car had a problem with the driver's window not going up and down. I repaired this, as it was the runner that had come out of the guide. Now I have found that I have no central locking for a couple of days since repairing the window. It does not bother me that much as I can live with having to close the doors manually, but my big problem is that I cannot put any fuel into the car as the diesel filler flap is locked. Any ideas John? I have checked all the fuses and they are ok.

There should be a string pull inside the boot (behind the trim) to open the filler cap when this happens.
