Adapter plugged

My husband recently passed away and I am looking to downsize. I have a 1998R Lexus GS300 Auto SE with fsh and 93,000 miles on the clock, which I believe is worth about £2,000. However, over the last 3.5 years I spent £3,500 adapting it for my husband's use, first with a Fadiel 12 way infra-red remote control steering mushroom so he could carry on driving as long as possible, and then with an Autochair electric hoist and sling to enable me to transfer him from his wheelchair to the passenger seat. Rather than just trade it in and get nothing for the adaptations (and probably get money knocked off because of them) I would like to make them a feature worth having. So I would really appreciate some advice as to how to go about selling and where would be the best place to advertise.
