At junctions and roundabouts and when moving off from the kerb, many drivers are careless and fail to signal. At best this is irritating, and at worst it could be dangerous. In my view this has got worse over the years. Do you think the government could be persuaded to hold a "re-educatation programme", or something similar: a burst of advertising over several days, say once or twice each year, could perhaps help to bring this back to drivers' minds. After all, once they have read the Highway Code for their driving test, many people probably never look at it again.
