  the car to a garage who ran diagnostic test by plugging into the ECU, and they found no fault. - I've checked hoses and breather tubes - no leaks observed currently. Could this be anything to do with a Mass Airflow Sensor ? I welcome any suggestions to get to the bottom of this problem. {edited
