  I do up to 500 miles per week. The car is a Peugeot 309 1.4i, 1993. Manual says oil change every 6000 and a service every 12000. Half these for hard use, which includes 'frequent short journeys from cold, or door to door use.' My mileage is from the following: -College, 10 miles away on back roads

  Well, I`ve serviced both of ours on the drive earlier this month. Done the door lock, oil leak and EGR. Hopefully that`s it and they will be OK now until a warm day in March/April for the next oil changes. How about you?

  Is it normal for a turbo to whistle more in the colder weather? I have noticed it's definitely noisier recently, like a feint camping kettle sort of noise. The oil level is correct and within the 18000 mile oil change interval.

  engine, the 130BHP requires 5W/40 oil to standard VW 505 01 - note the '01' and not '00'! Is this standard of oil significantly different?   couple of quick questions - on the 1.8 petrol is it possible to access the oil filter element to change it, and the sump drain plug to drain it WITHOUT dropping off the undershield that exists under the engine? Cos the shield is hard to drop off if your doing it in the drive outside your house

  Hello all, I have a 1994 espace with a 4 speed auto. I do the servicing on the car without problems these days, Apart from the Autobox oil change, or anything to do with the autobox. I cannot find any info in the two different manuals I have....it says give this to Renault. Unless they have some
