Nice to be home!
I traded in my Volvo S80 for a Mazda 3, and traded it in within 10 days. then I tried a BMW 320 series, which is a lovely car. Beige interior, auto etc, but you felt that you were sitting on the ground.(Not something that car reviewers offer much advice on.) So, I reverted to Volvo and bought a V60 D5 [215] SE Lux Nav. Great car - driving seat height position is 24.29" as opposed to the 21.65" for the BMW. Use http://www.rica.org.uk/ for car comparisons. So, back to Volvo - 35 mpg around town, wonderful seats, high driving position, and a smart looking car.Powerful engine (2.4) and 17" wheels lead to a very comfortable, smooth ride. Nice to be home!
