Very smooth easy Volvo driving

Didn't intend buying the sporty R Design with 18" wheels, but this car was on a mega offer .

Have driven Volvo estates from 1990, but at my wife's request (she feels the V70 is too big for her) switched to a saloon. Obviously the much diminished cargo space takes some getting used to but we manage to get by.

The car in black is very (in fact extremely) easy to drive, and one has to be careful to check the speedo as it is very quiet and easy to go over the legal speed limit. It has the usual Volvo safety features that one has come to expect over the years and is a very pleasing drive.

Looks very smart but still cool and have had received many envious comments from friends and family. My daughter in law liked it so much she has recently taken delivery of her own black S60.

Economy round town about 40 mpg, and it is very easy to get more than 50 mpg on a long run.

Bought 5 years maintenance for £500 as part of the deal.
