Overall reliability
Disappointing long term reliability for a premium marque
In many ways, a good car. More interesting than many small hatches, with design flair, comfort, and some great elements - heated seats, xenon, etc.
However, there are some issues...
1 - Sat nav is next to useless. Some of the routes it tries to take you on are laughable.
2 - Long terms reliability is poor:
a - when approx 1 yr old air con condenser failed. Not covered by warranty.
b - recent turbo failure at 100k miles, despite full service history, (dealer ignored my emails and never returned calls)
c - now has engine knock at 110k
So in summary, it's stylish, comfy, but don't expect it to be hugely reliable or the dealers to care!
