Not fit for purpose

I paid dearly for this car at closer to £60k than £50.
The first time I took it out, parked and on returning to the car the console said it was immobilised, not to move, call a recovery vehicle the car was fixed in neutral.
Other times it either doesn't recognise that the charging cable is attached or won't release the cable when charging has stopped.
Yesterday was the final straw when I drove away from parking, the console screens couldn't be selected. I tried to access the climate control and got the message "not available until ignition is on"; this was whilst I was driving. I stopped the car and got out, got in again and the car seemed to go berserk with mirrors folding and unfolding and still no climate control.
Contacted retailer today, "oh yes a software update is coming, in 4 months time!

This car should not have been released on the market, VW??? They shouldn't have taken my money.
