Repeated faults

This car has been plagued by software faults from new which Skoda have only been able to partially fix after waiting for over a year for the factory to release new software.

This includes faulty Travel Assist/Adaptive Cruise control, repeated errors with emergency assist, the SOS call system, and various other components.

Various systems have had dealer software updates which have not solved the problems.

The infotainment system is slow, sluggish, and unreliable. It often reboots at random, does not fire up correctly, or does not operate correctly.

The seats are poor quality and over time as you exit and enter the vehicle, the upper portion is the seat reclines and has to be readjusted.

I’ve had repeated problems with auto hold not releasing the car which the dealer has been unable to fix.

Car data can be accessed using the Skoda Connect app which often doesn’t work properly.

I’ve had to make countless journeys to the dealer and raise complaints with Skoda.

I’ve owned multiple Skodas and have never before been so dissatisfied with a car.
