SEAT Toledo (2012 - 2018)
1.0 TSI 110ps Xcellence 5dr
SPACIOUS CAR LOTS OF POWER
I bought this car from new.
The good points,
its a small car yet tons of room for both front and rear passengers.
The boot is cavernous and has many of the mod cons one would expect on a "modern" car.
The car is fitted with nice 17" alloys, comfy seats and is seriously punchy for a 1ltr 3 cylinder returning on average around 45mpg fully loaded or just one person.
Service intervals can be set at 24 months 20000 miles, but Seat don't tell you this.
Bad points,
Sat nav is out dated by around 8yrs and Seat are happy to update this for with £250 update fee (rip off)
No folding mirrors, no rain gully on the roof, so if you open the windows be prepared to get a soaking (if it has rained or is raining) it just runs straight into the car. The ride is floppy.
i have had a new drivers seat as leather came away from top of seat, 4 times i have been locked out of the car for no reason, Seat say no issue.
epc light and engine management light has come on twice and new fuel sensors fitted.
Over all it sounds like doom and gloom, but seriously i love the car, if these fault and niggles could be sorted i would give the car 8/10 however due to issues 6/10 my car is still under man/war so i'm happy to keep the car, we will see what i feel like in another yr or two.
