Rewarding

Bought this car with 10k on the clock 6 years ago. I am still impressed with the level of equipment and the overall refinement.
It offers a very comfortable driving experience due to the raised hight (as it is based on the Golf Plus). Also, with the DSG auto box it smooths out VAG's 2.0 TDI torque profile.
Costs 90 quid to service & mot.
Had to change EGR motor at 40k miles (200 quid!) after ignoring the warning light. Other than that, it never broke down.
Most people find its shape weird, but I think that this gives it a unique character.
Mine was bought with the 17 inch wheels which I swapped (for free) with the 16 inch one - and it improved the ride.
Noise levels are low with the 16 inch wheels too.
Overall I think that this car is massively underrated.
