I thought this car would be ideal for my needs, easy access, comfortable, reasonably economical, after realising the official mpg figures were pure fantasy, but then I found the downside of the car, it is hair raising at times when trying to pull out at junctions and roundabouts, the engine has no guts for pulling away at a normal rate of speed, it just doesn't GO. The first time it happened I thought the gearbox had decided to slip but as it is a new car with even now less than 10,000 miles on the clock, I ruled that out because as soon as it got to over 2,000 revs the car picked up speed at it's usual pace. My advice leave well alone, unless you don't use main roads at all that is!
