Snap together plastic parts.
Made for easy assembly using snap-together philosophy, heater fan fell out twice on right hand corners until I glued it in. Plastic heater pipes leaked until I fitted new 'O' rings. Strong reflection of grain of dashboard top in windscreen. Rain leaks into boot. Mysterious clonks from front suspension - can't find cause. Air con compressor idler bearing worn after 60k miles - found bearing on eBay for £10 and fitted it. Quite lively performance but steering low geared so not as agile as I would have expected - my old 205 GTI was more responsive. I got the car for £100 so can't really complain!
